Return Process

  Place the sneakers back in their original box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer to protect the branded packaging.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
